So many regulations and what not I'd end up needing to rent a space and go full bore. Which isn't a risk I can take yet. There are a few jobs I would have a hard time picking between. Cake decorating being the obvious choice for me ;), but also being and elementary school teacher, or a Psychiatrist, or lastly more of a dream an Author. Also random side note... growing up I always wanted to be an author, once I hit highschool I had a few poems and short stories published and won some awards, but could never find something that turned into an actual novel. In highschool I ended up helping friends with their relationships mostly and started to think I'd love to be a relationship Councillor. :) If money was no option, and I could be ANYTHING.
